The Center 521 is a 4 channel hand held thermocouple datalogger which accepts K/J/E/T/N/R/S type probes. Data is downloaded to a PC using an IT standard micro USB cable. It is also bluetooth capable allowing the data to be downloaded to a smartphone or tablet using the free APP.
